Global Terms and Conditions for Wezeka

Welcome to Wezeka! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and website. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

a. By accessing or using Wezeka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App:

a. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wezeka. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to use the app.

b. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

c. You agree not to use Wezeka for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or to violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

d. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wezeka if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any illegal or inappropriate activity.

3. User Content:

a. By posting or sharing content on Wezeka, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in any form and for any purpose.

b. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post or share the content you submit to Wezeka, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

c. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property:

a. All content and materials available on Wezeka, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wezeka Labs. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works of any content or materials from Wezeka without prior written consent from Wezeka Labs.

5. Limitation of Liability:

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wezeka Labs and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Wezeka, even if Wezeka Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b. In no event shall Wezeka Labs be liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on any content or materials available on Wezeka, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

c. Wezeka Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the conduct of any third party, including but not limited to other users of Wezeka or advertisers.

6. Modification of Terms:

a. Wezeka Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

b. By continuing to use Wezeka after any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

7. Governing Law:

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

b. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Kenya.

8. Indemnification:

a. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wezeka Labs and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from or related to your use of Wezeka or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Severability:

a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement:

a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Wezeka Labs regarding your use of Wezeka and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
