Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Personal care items (if opened) due to hygiene reasons
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@wezeka.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right—at no extra cost to you.
