EULA for Wezeka

Welcome to Wezeka! This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of our mobile application and website. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this EULA, please do not use our app.

1. License Grant:

a. Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Wezeka Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wezeka on compatible devices that you own or control.

b. This license does not grant you any rights to ownership or title in Wezeka, and you may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or transfer the app to any third party.

2. Proprietary Rights:

a. Wezeka contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. All content and materials available on Wezeka, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wezeka Labs or its licensors.

c. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Wezeka or its underlying code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Open Source Components:

a. Wezeka may include certain open-source components or third-party libraries, which are subject to their respective licenses.

b. Any open-source components included in Wezeka are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, and are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective licenses.

4. User Content:

a. By posting or sharing content on Wezeka, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in any form and for any purpose.

b. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post or share the content you submit to Wezeka, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Updates and Maintenance:

a. Wezeka Labs may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to Wezeka from time to time, which may include new features, bug fixes, or performance improvements.

b. You agree to promptly install any updates or patches provided by Wezeka Labs to ensure the continued functionality and security of Wezeka.

6. Privacy:

a. Wezeka Labs respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data.

7. Limitation of Liability:

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wezeka Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Wezeka, even if Wezeka Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b. In no event shall Wezeka Labs be liable for any damages arising from the conduct of any third party, including but not limited to other users of Soconey or advertisers.

8. Termination:

a. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Wezeka Labs. You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling Wezeka and discontinuing its use.

b. Wezeka Labs reserves the right to terminate this EULA at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you and disabling your access to Wezeka.

9. Governing Law:

a. This EULA shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement:

a. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wezeka Labs regarding your use of Wezeka and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
